One Day At A Time

New resolve this morning.  I pulled the Barix On-Track Daily Log off of the Barix website, filled in my plan for today, and hopefully will journal, post, cry, and fight my way through this day.

B - bacon/egg/cheese wrap
S - strawberries
L - Lean Cuisine
S - 1 oz cheese
D - chicken and salad
S - milk

I went camping this weekend.  Stayed sugar free, but ate unplanned chips.  Had a hypoglycemic attack later and stuffed my face with pretzels.  However, today is a new day.  I have an eating plan, and I intend to walk home from the train station today.
