Terrific Thursday Roll Call
Morning peeps -
I had a really nice time last night seeing a lot of you and celebrating an amazing human being. That's you Den. And I was finally able to put faces to avatar's. Hi Norm, Mary & Jill!
Today has me sleepy but here. I jumped on the scale last night while there and am up 3 pounds from the last meeting. I am NOT panicking, as my lowest weight was below where I want to be. But - it has been a bit of a kick in the brain. I need to start tracking again, and I definitely need to continue to exercise more. Having that jolt, I was able to walk away from the office kitchen this morning where there is a flat of hot soft pretzels and a box of fresh donuts. It smells like baked heaven in there. I grabbed my coffee and a piece of cheese and am back at my desk.
Gym after work tonight. If Cyd and I manage to coordinate and be there at the same time we are going to do the circuit training together. I hate the circuit training. But, I can definitely feel it in my body when I commit.

Good Afternnon Darlings....
It has been a wild couple of days for sure. On Tuesday afternoon I got laid off from my job and while it was not a suprise it was still a shock. I am content with the turn of events along with feeling calm and peace with it. I believe everything happens for a reason.
Last night was an amazing support/send off meeting at Barix for Dennis. The words everyone shared about him then the suprise of his daughter and son in law. Elisa graced us with a song she wrote then performed. Her voice makes us cry it is like heaven on earth to hear her sing. She is a blessing and his little girl that I get love and enjoy. Plus so many friends came out old and new.
Today I am doing nada! Well till I make up my mond to get dressed then shower we are meeting out of town friends for dinner tonight at Maggie's for dinner. They are one of our favorite couples and we try to see them when in town the last time we could not sync schedules.
Also getting ready for our Chesney party on Saturday....
