Day 36 of 90, June 5th.

I haven't been on  here much but I have been moving!! I was away last week in Denver and was glad I could get some exersize in. I won't bore you with the day to day for the last week and a half but I've been playing tennis and walking. I even got in a pilates/yoga combo class for the first time EVER!  It was at 8 in the morning on a Sunday and I had a blast!

It was awesome to get on the scale when I got back home to see that I lost weight and sizes during the trip.

I think I'm up for zip lining... anyone still working on planning that?

Good for you!

I was a total slacker this weekend.  I plan on making up for my slacking this week. 

it always makes you feel good when you go away, get your workouts in or some form of exercise and come back to find you've lost or even maintained.

I did a good hour in the pool on Saturday....but slacked off on Sunday. See what happens when I "plan" to take a walk? I can talk myself OUT of it in nothing flat!!! Better today, I promise - now where's that gym schedule????
