I'll start the post since I'm so proud of myself!!!  Gym, made it to 30 minutes on eliptical for cardio and did all the leg and ab machines. 

104 lbs lost now Maintenance BABY!!!!

Hi Lisa - congrats on a great work-out! Appears our fearless leader is MIA today? Couldn't let you sit out here by yourself altho I must admit I haven't done any 'formal' exercise today.

However I did: take a long walk this morning; cleaned the porch, chairs and table; cleaned two nasty bathrooms (they got skipped last weekend); swiffering and sweeping; laundry and dinner. I was going to get on the bike but I'm pretty whipped now so I think I'll take a little snooze before showering because we're going to a late movie tonight

Looks like I took the day off.  Now whos the slack ass.  Well thats ok I guess cause im writing this on sunday night and I didnt work out on sunday either.  I did mow on friday, and was busy all day saturday and sunday but no "real workout"  I will be making up for it on monday when I play volleyball.  Thanks for posting in my slack assedness absence!  haha

Great job and keep it up. 

I have my cardio up 1.5 hours.  Eliptical and some treadmill.

Yes, I am positing what I did on Saturday on Monday morning.  Better late than never.

Today I walked my six miles outside.  So happy when I can walk outside instead of inside on the treadmill.  Had a good long stretch after said walk.
