 AHEM... no excuses needed.  You are MOVING. That's all that matters.  30 minutes on the bike is 30 minutes more than you did a few weeks ago.  

Besides, the world is going to end tomorrow, so what the hey

Last night, after I said I was going to walk outside, weather permitting. It decided to storm again.  I dread going to the gym at night.  It's busy as heck, its hot and smells of sweaty people, EEEWWW.  So I stayed home and did a 3 mile walk with Leslie Sanson from Exercise TV on demand.  Love that for situations like this.

This morning, I did go to the gym.  Love the mornings, about a dozen people there.  Anyway, did 30 minutes on elliptical and then jumped on the stationary bike and rode like I was being chased for 30 minutes.  I did a good stretch after that. 

Tomorrow morning will be my 6 mile walk/run interval outside.
