Good morning!!! I hope everyone had a good weekend.
So I have a p90x workout tonight but I cant remember which one it is so I guess it will be a suprise. I also have volleyball at 7:45 tonight and that usually last for about 2 hours so i plan on making up slacking this weekend. I will be moving slow after tonights activities but thats ok, its a good pain.
Who else is shakin there groove thang today?

You know, if driving stress burned calories I'd be a size 5, okay?? The morning commute was the commute from hell
but I'm here now and hopefully the rest of the day will go much better.
Tonight I will be getting on my recumbant bike and doing my leg exercises. I didn't get to either one this weekend
due to the spring cleaning had going on. I'm pretty sure that counted as some form of exercise??

Spring cleaning for sure counts, unless you were spring cleaning your finger nails or something, lol. As far as the ride to work goes, I think you should rent a tank on of these days and just make your own roads!!! Wouldnt that be fun?

My best time ever was 35 minutes, and I was routinely hitting 36-37 minutes before I was sidelined.
I am not a fast runner, but I'm pretty steady. I did terribly last Monday because I was trying to run balls out, which DUH isn't something that I can sustain over any period of time. I quickly exhausted myself.
I'm not cross country runner. I can't sprint. I'm short and broad and not at all wind resistant.
I expect to shave time off on the coming weeks as I get my wind back and shed a few pounds from my doughy midsection.
I really do love it once I get into it.
I ordered myself a little ipod shuffle to clip onto my shirt, and I'm looking forward to running with music again too.
