Interesting Article

So the first paragraph is a bit "academic-pedantic" but once he gets to the point, this is an excellent article summarizing what appears to be an excellent book.  While his focus is specifically on binge-eating, there's a great corrollary in there to all types of compulsive overeating, disordered eating, relationship issues with food, food addiction, etc.  Certainly provided some "food for thought" for me.
