DAy 7 of 90... May 7th

Attempt #2 was made at Couch 25k. Did go much better than yesterday - kept my pants.
It was walk briskly for 90 seconds, than jog for 30 seconds for a total of 20 minutes.
I can't say I jogged the for the whole 30 seconds each time but I did jog more than I have since high school. Still not sure if jogging is going to be for me, but I didn't hate it.

Glad you kept your pants on. 

I am planning on doing Kenpo X is about an hour.  Its like a Tai-bo thing.  Pretty fun and Jen likes it cause you get to do a lot of punches at the end and its like ur kicking someones a$$.

Only a walk for me today - stayed at a friends last night in Mt. Gretna after the wine festival in Hershey...  my legs are feeling the 40 min of tae bo from Thursday eve!  Mark and I plan to work out in the am (not sure what yet) before heading out for the mothers day festivities...  Maybe some weights - my upper body needs some work...
