No need to apologize you just dont have all of the pieces of the puzzle so your objective is bound to be inacurate.  He did not leave his other job to come to us, he stayed there too which was also part of the problem. You cannot lead people when you are never here. that is why i say he will be fine. And if he isnt fine, counselor or not I have no sympathy for him. Based on the knowledge that I have of him that you are not privy to.  So dont shed a tear for old Larry
