pam sorry you're going thru this. as far as the IRS I would tell them and still claim him. People get spiteful and vindictive when it comes to divorce and forget boundaries. He is just as responsible for the IRS debt as you being still legally married. don't let him get away with this **** You are a strong woman stand up and roar. As far as Mommy and Daddy I just would refuse to take calls from them and have my lawyer notify them to **** off. Sorry that ****** me off when other people get into this mess. I can remember my divorce no kids no property I signed those papers so damn fast sent them back special delivery and he got them on xmas morning. Trust me before he died xmas morning everyone after that he remembered. I have said it a million times living well is the best revenge. I have three words for you and they are .....Yay!!!!
