Good Morning PA:

Monday comes way to quickly!!!  Had an awesome weekend with my wonderful hubby.  Spending three days with my honey - PRICELESS!!!!

Yesterday came home from church worked on the gardens, still have some clean up, all the gardening tools are packed in the back of the shed, we could not get to them so had to improvise.  Gardening when thin is so much easier than gardening when overweight.  Had an awesome afternoon out in the sun with Gene and I working together....

Today I'm standing in for my AVP at a meeting where I'll be presenting.  Work till 4, then class till 10, very long day in store for me.  Sounds like its' going to be a nice day out there, hoping to get outside for a nice walk on my lunchbreak.

Hope everyone has a great day!!!!

Good Morning Pa.,
Glad you had a good weekend Ida.  This is the last day of a 5 day stint with the three grands while Mom and Dad enjoy some well deserved "us" time.  I was worried how to fill the weekend, however all went well.  Spent time outside yesterday with them to tire them out,but I was probably as tired as they were when it was all said and done.  I really had a good time with them.
Today after dropping them off at school/daycare the Mom Mom will travel about 35 minutes to the new casino in Ocean City Md.  Snacks packed and ready to go.  A trip to Walmart on the way home for some fruit for the kids, picking them up on the way.  Dinner, baths for everyone, homework, then bed. I was worried in the beginning being alone with a 8 yo,6 yo,and 20 month year old by myself, but I made it and don 't need to be medicated.(lol)  Mom and Dad home around 2am.  I will survive this last day with ease.
Have a great day all.

Hi Ena,
I love the rare times when I am alone with my Munchkins.  Those 20 month old little ones are so much fun.  They are just learning to talk, and are so expressive.  My Lincoln is so much fun to be around, and so is his 3 year old sister.  Their birthdays are in the Summer, and I hope to see them around those special days.

Enjoy.

Hugs,
Trish

Ena - the last time we visited friends in Fenwick we went over to the casino in OC - it was pretty nice. Of course I wish I could say I WON money, but alas that didn't happen - but it was fun and something to do. Enjoy! Oh, and good luck!!

Good morning,

Am off to work :(  I am tired of this working for a living crap!  But I guess we work so we can play, right?  So, off I go!

Nothing exciting today - have to get my parents taxes done tonight!  Isn't it crazy that their only income is social security, but we still have to do a return!

Well - just wanted to check in quickly

have a great day PA!

Good Morning Ida,
I love gardening, but had to give it up when I moved to my apartment.  I will be able to garden when my landlord moves out downstairs and I move down there.  I will have the whole yard then, and I will love it, again.  I am glad you had a nice weekend with your hubby.  That is precious time together.

My weekend did not go as planned, but I am learning to accept where I am at right now.  Not happy about the pain derailing my plans, but will be happy next winter when wearing regular shoes and not having the pain from the hammertoes.  Just not looking forward to the second surgery on my other foot.

Today is a lazy day.  AA meeting, and laundry.  Also have to get to the store to pick up pictures I had printed, and buy some pillowcases.  I have a ton of pillows, but my old pillowcases finally bit the dust.  I had a sheet set I bought ten years ago that finally fell apart.  Loved it though.  It was the 600 count thread, which is silky smooth.  I guess 10 years is a good deal.

It is supposed to be nice today.  I hope to walk Utley down by the river at least once.  He loves that park...lots to smell and sniff.  I just hope the foot holds up.

I hope you have a great day.

Huggles,
Trish

Good morning all - Ida, you and Gene sound like such a lovely couple! Always enjoy reading about your adventures!

I'm at work - have to admit it was quite a circus getting us all up and moving this morning. My alarm didn't go off as planned but luckily I woke up at the right time. Dog wouldn't eat - hubby was walking around dazed - I was b*tchy. It's Monday.

Sister and b-i-l arrive today - have lots to talk to them about tonight. I think (operative work 'think') that we have come up with a good plan for buying the house in Florida - I e-mailed our benefactor yesterday with what we felt was the best option for everyone, so we'll see where it goes from here. Of course my head is spinning - I wake up thinking of things - it all just seems to be happening really fast.

And that's about it for me today - not much else going on. The weather is supposed to be awesome today, so hopefully we'll be able to get out and enjoy some of it. Should have brought my sneaks so I could walk at lunch.

Kathy

Good morning and Happy Birthday Ida - I am so glad it was a GREAT weekend - I too had an awesome weekend with friends, family and BIRTHDAY celebrations!

I am up and at school, hoping for good moods, mine of course, not the kids! :)  Am fighting a cold, but already feeling better than I did last night, and I slept rather well which always helps!  I am looking forward to a quiet day.  Teaching the lovely children, heading home to wake Larry and hopefully taking him and Molly back to the park for a nice long walk.  Hopeful that this Monday does not end like last Monday with too much teen drama.......

Hope your Monday is as beautiful as the temperature is supposed to be! :)

Morning Ida.. glad you enjoyed your birthday weekend with your hubs..

I had a fab time hanging out with everyone Friday and got to spend time with Tanya and family Saturday night.  Yesterday, my phone died AGAIN so I went to the AT&T store where they sent me to the Apple store.  I guess sticking my phone in my bra led to sweat in the phone... lol.. scored an Iphone 3GS since they don't make the 3G anymore.. it IS faster and now I have video on my phone.. I don't think there's too much else that's different.. have to check for cool apps I couldn't get before.

Today has me working til 3:30.  I am meeting a friend for lunch, too.

Tonight, double cardio at the gym!  Zumba and Body Combat! Looking forward to it, big time!

Nothing else on the agenda for me.. hope the sun comes out to go with the nice temps already out there.  Skecher has his big butt on my window sill staring out at nature.
