Im back!!!

Swede-I can totally imagine the elation you must have had playing volleyball. It feels good when the body listens and performs the way it used to or the way it's intended to.

Good for you! I'm proud of you too. You had a rough start, but you've made it to the other side. Life just keeps getting better and better.

hey JoAnn, I was hoping you would read this!  I havent seen you around for a while, i hope everything is going well for you.  Its amazing when your body follows the directions your mind gives it.  Now if my wife and kids followed directions as well Id be in good shape. Lol  How have you been?
