Encouragement appreciated today. I put down the compulsive eating a few weeks ago and it's time for all my negative emotions to start flooding in. I promise not to try to eat them away today or stuff my feelings. It's really tough sometimes!

Blessings, Jill

Very difficult thing to do, but totally possible. Sending you strong healing, and warm thoughts.

HUGS, Jill... you are stronger than the emotions and will get through this.  For every negative thought that pops into your brain, aggressively seek out a positive thought to counteract it.  OR, try "fining" yourself for negative thoughts (put a dollar in a jar for every one)... Either way, take positive action to counteract it.

Right there with you!

Hi Jill,
I am right there with you.  I journal, pray, post on one of these forums, like you did, and exercise to deal with those negative emotions.  Hang in there.  The victory is worth it.
Hugs,Trish
Seek always to do some good, somewhere. Every man has to seek in his own way to realize his true worth. You must give some time to your fellow man. For remember, you don't live in a world all your own. Your brothers are here too.
