So I already know I can tolerate a bit of sugar.  But apparently a handful of about 12-15 jelly beans does not qualify as "a bit of sugar".  UUGGHH!!!

I should know better by now. Right!!

A single jelly bean I think has between .6 and 1+ grams of sugar so 15 could easily set you over the top. Any sugar I happen to eat I try to keep the grams in the single digits.

Cyd,

Sorry to hear about your OUCHY pouchy :-(  It is good to have things like this happen, so now you know your limits!

Feel better!!

Love, Beth

Hope you're feeling better by now - this is a constant learning process - at 3+ years out I'm still discovering things about my pouch - and usually the hard way!!

Sorry to hear you weren't feeling well.  I haven't tested the waters with sugar and don't plan to.  If I want a treat, I stick to SF stuff.  Russell Stover makes some great SF candy.  I picked up a bag of their SF jelly beans last night but haven't tried them yet.

Hope you're feeling better this morning!
