Who am I?
The client I am currently working for has a site in SLC Utah. Since the airfare would be paid for, my husband and I decided to extend through a weekend - trip finally got scheduled for this past week.
We had done this once before ~ 3 years ago and I took 1 run (runs are so long in Utah) and took my skis off and was done...
Well, I not only took more than 1 run, I skiied all day for 2 days - from open to close of the lifts (except for food and water breaks of course!) and.. they had 6 months fresh powder on the second day which makes it even more difficult to travers - and drumroll please.... I enjoyed it, and am not miserably sore. This makes a total of 7 days of skiing this season. My husband (Mr. Ski) is absolutely thrilled that we are doing this together. We had such a bonding weekend, it was amazing. I am so happy that we can share this together. I had tried and tried and tried, but just never enjoyed it - until now..
