Really?!?!  No one has started Roll Call yet today - maybe I am NOT the only one mopey this morning.  PMS is kicking my ass this month!  UGH!!!!!!!!  Two miserable days does not make for a pleasant atmosphere in the Greater Northeast! :)

I am off from school today - actually think I would prefer to be there as I really could use the kids positive energy today.  But, no worries, my SIL is here visiting from Israel, oh goodie.....  Hopefully she will stay far away from me and my mood swings!  I am taking Emily to the movies this morning and then out to lunch with friends.  This afternoon I am hopeful that I will get to the pool for a bit - I am thinking that a little endorphine boost might move me in an upward position mood wise.

We shall see!

So, whatcha doing today?!?!

GM Stef:  sorry your PMS is not being friendly!  Does it not realize its suppose to be nice to you?

Today I went to the gym did 4.25 miles.  Working my way back up to 5 for a race.

I'm stressed and was not eating right over the weekend so I'm trying to be very diligent about my food intake.
I have a wonderful 16 year old cat and he is really not doing well.  yesterday he had a small rebound of energy but sadly I  don't see it as any kind of real rebound.  So we are keeping him comfortable and that is about all we can do.  I won't put him to sleep unless he appears to be in pain.  Otherwise I will just let the natural course of life take him.  However this course of action is very stressful to me as I see him not be himself.

Hope everyone has a good week coming up.

Sorry Sandra I hope that nature is kind to Pretty Boy and he is able to leave this world in his own way. It is so hard to be the one to make the decision to end it sooner. I have done that so many times and it is sooo hard. Giving hugs to you and your baby

thank you.  I know you just had to go through the death of one of yours.  :-(   As long as my guy is not suffering I will see what he does.  I hope I don't have to make that decision.

Good Morning!

Mopey here too. I have been battling some severe pain in my right shouder for almost a year now. It has gotten worse over the last week or so. This morning, I can no longer raise my right arm or move my head in certain drections. So......I will suck it up and call Doc in a few when the phone lines open up.

I am driving my friends car for the week, as Johnny had gotten a boo=boo on his truck a few weeks back. So the truck is at the body shop, he has my truck, and I get to drive the car.

Class this afternoon, then home to make dinner and prepare a few things for my Princess's Birthday tomorrow.

Hope everyone has a great day! Stay warm and dry!

When life hands you lemons, ask for tequila & salt and give me a call!

Good Morning Steffi,
Being post-menopausal, I do not miss PMS.  I was a train wreck during it back in the day.

Today has me not wanting to scrape myself out of bed at all.  I didn't sleep much Saturday night, so I am making up for it today.

Today has me needing to make some phone calls, and get to my ninth AA meeting in nine days.  Nothing exciting.  Maybe some tidying.  I also need to get to Joann's to get some containers.  Big coupons in Sunday's paper.

Hence, my boring life.

Hugs,
Trish

Good morning everyone. I am very today - I have to leave my sister and brother and this unbelieveably beatiful weather down here in sunny Florida. We're going to breakfast shortly, then will come back to the house, load the car and the dog, and head north. We have had a wonderful time down here - it was great spending time with all of my siblings for a change, and I think my younger sister and her hubby are now considering retiring down here as well.

It's been an iffy food week for me - way too much alcohol - will be glad to be leaving to dry out - it doesn't always happen like that but with all the company and festivities it seemed like alcohol was always flowing one way or another.

Spent yesterday on the beach for 2 hours with my sister - Daytona Beach is the BOMB!! The sand is hard and easy to walk on - even stuck my tootsies in the ocean but the water is still a tad chilly down here.

Well, I must run...miss you all and will be back on track by Wednesday.

Good Morning Steffi and PA!

Sorry to hear that PMS is making you not your usual cheerful self! It sounds like you have a fun day planned though! Me, not so much! I have two doctor appointments today. I got on the scale this morning and did not like what I saw, but I was not surprised either! Not exercising and eating stuff that I should not be eating will do that!!

I also got a call last night from my brother saying that my Dad was running a fever of 102 and that they were taking him to the hospital. This was about 9:30 last night. I didn't get a return phone call after that so I guess they have things under control. I want to find out what he has first before I go to the hospital. With my low white blood count issues, the hospital is the LAST place I should be!! This will be my Dad's fifth or sixth trip to the hospital in the last year or so. It is really wearing on me....I hate to see them suffer! Is there anything else that can be piled on my plate?? I may cancel my second appointment although I really need to go! Decisions, decisions....

Getting ready for the week is on the agenda as well! At least it is a short one!!

Love to all!

Beth
