Breakfast = Slimfast low carb
Snack = SF hot choc +  7g protein powder
Lunch = 1 cup homemade chili
Snack = SF hot choc +  7g protein powder
Dinner = 3 oz steak + a couple of bites of salad
Snack = cinnamon nutrageous granola or a  special k protein meal bar
