Day After Sunny Sunday
I got the pleasure of being included on Molly's Bat Mitzvah celebration. Since the moment I met Molly I fell in love with her. It was like I understood her and we bonded. This was my first Bat Mitzvah I cried so many times during the service and the prayers were just beautiful. Seeing the pride and joy on her parents face was just a heartfelt moment. Thank you Steffi for included me in the special day.
We got to spend time with Lisa and Siehara since they stayed with us then afterwards the four of us got to escort the woman of the day Ms Molly home. SHe was sok exhausted she sat on my lap and said PLEASE take me home. Sowe did and Dennis made sure she was in safe and locked her in the house. Came home then Lisa got on her way home then we headed to spend some time with some of our friends from that attending the service.
Today we will sleep in a little then go to the gym then food shopping for the week and get things ready for the week. I am also hoping to mybe see Aunt Mary.
Good Morning Beth,
It sounds like everyone had a wonderful time at Molly's Bat Mitzvah. That is wonderful. I am sure that Steffi is probably breathing a sigh of relief today.
I got sick on Saturday with some kind of intestinal, fever, sinus mess, and was too sick to get Utley from daycamp when it was all said and done. My sister kindly got him and took him to her house for the night. I had driven to therapy, and it started on the way there, but worsened on the way home. To add insult to injury, Utley had vomited on my comforter on my bed, and I had to take it to a laundromat to use a big machine, and go into WalMart to get a few items. while it was washing.
I am so uncomfortable, I can't sleep. I am watching TV in bed, hoping I can get some rest. In the morning, I will be tidying up as much as possible, because my landlady is coming in to fix my toilet, which keeps filling up a lot, so we suspect a that flapper is not working well.
I hope everyone has a good day.
Huggles,
Trish

WHAT AN AMAZING DAY YESTERDAY!!! Everything was beautiful. Molly was so poised and natural up on the Bimah! SOOO PROUD OF HER! I also teared up several times during the service, escpecially when Steffi and Larry spoke about Molly! It is so wonderful to see the love and pride that they share!! My baked goods were a success for the most part. I was so excited to see SO many people going to MY side of the table and taking my goodies!! I want to send out a SPECIAL THANKS to my good friend and partner, Maura! You give so freely of yourself and helped me more than you know!! I couldn't have done it without you!! LOVE YOU!!!!!
Today is Hebrew School, then coming home to tackle the disaster known as my house. There is laundry everywhere, etc.
Please keep my mom in your thoughts and prayers. I got a call last night that she has an open sore on her right hip. It is not infected as of yet, but it is of some concern. She isn't diabetic so that is not an issue. I keep on wondering how much more suffering she (and I) will have to endure before G-d does his will. I HATE to see her like this!!! It is out of my hands....
Love to all,
Beth

It sure does sound like a good time was had. Did you guys all meet on here? You all sound so close to each other, thats what I need, some good frineds who understand what the heck I am doing.
Well it is 9 am and I am up!!! Finally had a day off last night, the first one in 9 days! I am just trying to keep myself busy right now. I am righ smack in the middle if my 14 day modified liquid diet and it stinks!!! All I think about is food and all I want it food. But then I have some moments of clarity, and look at pictures or my back starts to hurt or my ankles hurt and i remember why I am doing this.
Todays plan is finish my morning shake, drink my water and diet decaf tea(my fav) all day and then have a GREAT roast and carrots for dinner. Maybe the gym in there somewhere, the hubby has to work and I have to go back in at 11pm so a nap in there somewhere too. Oh yeah I HAVE to tackle that mountian of laundry I have let grow in my basement.
I can't thank you all enough for the help and support I have recieved from here. I have hit some pretty low spots latley and you all have been there to help. I am having a hard time with this pre op but you guys keep reeling me back in! and the advice that I have gotten is priceless! So THANKS!! And Bless you all.

The Bat Mitzvah of Molly from the inconspicuous Belitsky family was absolutely amazing. She was poised, classy, perfect, and beautiful... and yes, Steffi was pretty good too. She actually ALLOWED her daughter to have the spotlight and did not try to steal it once, not even when she was kvelling over her. It is obvious how important their family is to their congregation in all of the wonderful words stated by those involved.
I stopped to see our Shauna Dhoble on the way home from the Ranch last night. (thanks for letting us crash, Beth and Den). Shauna is in a lot of pain, but trying to deal with it. She was definitely happy to see us and I'm so glad we were able to drop by. Jordan grew up somewhere along the line, too.
Today has me taking Siehara out for some more shopping. We went to Bed Bath and Beyond, Claire's and JCPenney yesterday but only came home with a Justin Bieber necklace (she paid 1/2 and I paid 1/2) and 1 pair of skinny jeans. We are going to head to Ross and Walmart as soon as she gets out of the shower. I want to check prices on a Dust Buster--I picked one up at Bed Bath and Beyond but want to see if I can get a cheaper one. I'm tired of sweeping up cat food from kitchen floor. I also want to do some comparison shopping for a Keurig. I've wanted one for a long time and I think it's time I treat myself.
At some point, Tanya is supposed to come down with the kids so we can hang for the day. I am going to make dinner for everyone and we will just relax. We don't have plans except to just spend time with each other.
Hope everyone has a great day today.....
