Tuesday's 'Treats'
Liz must be busy this morning so I'll start the daily food log (imagine that) - yesterday I stuck fairly close to my plan - went off course a bit but not too much. Am really trying to get more protein and less carbs in.
B: Matrix Chocolate Protein Shake
S: SF Oatmeal
L: Homemade chicken salad w/lettuce; cheese stick
S: Protein bar
D: Chicken Alfredo (not the greatest choice but it's what's for dinner!); steamed broccoli
E: Bike - 30 minutes - didn't get on it last night but I will tonight.
Anybody else eating today?
