I just wanted to update; I had my consult with Dr. Castellanos today and I must say it went very well. Since I just did some of my clearances back in December he was willing to take both my sleep study results and my psych eval. He's very friendly and pretty much to the point. He's careful to explain that this is ONLY a tool, it's not a cure. This will assist with weightloss but that ultimately how I comply will determine my outcome. His staff is super friendly and everyone seems to know what they are doing. He's even done the RNY on some of his staff who have only good things to say about their experience. I go back next Friday for my first nutrition appt... If any of you are looking... I would NOT rule them out!!!
