OT I need advice have a decision to make

The PHRC has been waiting on decision due to the fact that I have an attorney, They wanted to see if we were moving forward with a suit,.

I talked with jason and listening to you all I think I have made my decision. I of course could change my mind. LOL.

I feel like I have moved on. The threat of a lawsuit has been a thorn in his side for 3 years already and has caused him and his attorney extra work.  I think the only real thing I have to gain is posible monetary compensation, and I have more to lose emotionally stress time and impact on Jason and his stress levels as well. So I am pretty sure I am going to let it go and let the PHRC do their thing which is NOTHING lol and they will probably side on the employer which is what they do most often.
