Thirsty Thursday Eats

Today is day 3 of the liquid diet I am doing with my friend.  So far, so good. 

3 Meals = Slimfast low carb
3 snacks = SF Hot Cocoa + 7g protein powder

One thing...planning my daily menu has been a breeze :)

I've had this window up forever... I am almost ready for my morning snack..

Here's my plan

b: Click shake
weigh****chers breakfast quesadilla
S: greek yogurt w/banana
L: chili w/ tortillas
S:  protein shake
D: either parmesan chicken fingers with quinoa or we may grab something on the way back from taking Tanya to the airport
S: ricotta w/ sf pudding powder
