3 days this week.. mostly on schedule.. Yesterday I had a bit of an issue later on b/c we were not home at dinner time.  I ended up with a protein bar and then ate cocopops w/ cashew butter later.. I paid the price for the cashew butter.. I don't know if it was bad or if I didn't mix it enough, but it did not agree with my pouchie and I ended up drinking mint tea and going to bed.

SOOOOOO... today

B: Click shake;  spinach & egg quiche w/a few crackers
S: oatmeal w/prot powder
L: Spinach pizza
S: banana and greek yogurt
D: buffalo chicken meatballs, quinoa
S: protein ice cream

B: 1 scrambled egg and 1 slice toast
S: cheddar cheese
L: didn't pack anything figuring I'll probably be headed home...

D: steak and cauliflower

sorry about the cashew butter issue!

today i will be having:

m1  scrambled egg and sausage bowl
m2  apples and pb
m3  lean pocket Philly cheesesteak.. insides only
m4  chicken quesadilla
m5 pork roast and veggies

add to this periodically two protein drinks throughout the day

they were made at a cooking class at some point.  Here is the recipe:

1 lb ground chicken
2 garlic cloves; grated ( I just used garlic garlic)
salt and pepper
2 TBSP butter
1/2 small onion, grated
1/2 C parsley, chopped
EVOO for drizzling
1/2 C hot sauce

preheat oven to 400. In large bowl, combine chicken w/onion, garlic and parsley and season w/ salt and pepper.  Shape into balls.  Arrange on non-stick sheet pan and drizzle with EVOO.  Place in oven and bake until cooked through and golden brown, about 10-12 minutes.  While baking, melt the butter.  Add the hot sauce and whisk to combine.  Toss the meatballs in the hot sauce to coat or serve on the side.

Day 2 of the liquid diet to support my friend...same as yesterday...
3 meals = Slimfast low carb
3 snacks = sf hot cocoa + 7g protein powder
I feel hungry...but I am doing it.
