One Year!!

One year ago today I had gastric bypass- wow I can't believe it has been a year already! I wouldn't change it for anything... I have lost 113 lbs for good and went from a size 24W to size 10/12!!!! now onto the before (ugggh!) and after pics!!

OMG OMG OMG!!!!! These are AMAZING! YOu should be sooo proud of yourself! Your arms are amazing - (Everything else is to - but for some reason I noticed how toned your arms are....)So beautiful! Keep it up and keep smiling! :)

THANK YOU!!! I am very proud! haha dont ask me to lift my arms out to the side- OMG! Iam still trying to tone up my arms, I can tell I lost alot of muscle there! thanks again!! :)
