Thrilling Thursday Workout!

Warm up on the treadmill for 5 minutes then circuit training with trainer added leg presses after circuits then did 20 minutes of cardio on the bike.

I am feeling it today in my legs but feels good....

I still kept my original trainer cause I do like him. We talked about him being late for sessions and why it was not a good thing. Talking helps so we have a plan in action to work together if there is anymore problems I will request a new trainer.

Missed ya last night at the support mtg!

Good for you for sticking to your guns with the trainer. 

This morning I did 30 minutes on the elliptical.  I really pushed to get to 2 miles in that 30 minutes.  Was able to do 1.89.    After that I did upper body machines.

Not morning any more, but just catching up with myself...

I did 35minutes on the elliptical (430 calories), followed by some medicine ball work and then stretching. 

I'm glad you talked with your trainer about the impact of his timing and hopefully that will resolve the issue!

Today is my rest day BUT tomorrow I will hit the gym again...

 PILATES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   Felt so good to get back in the gym.. I haven't done any exercise since roller skating on Saturday.  

Apparently our instructor hasn't done serious work since last Thursday either, since they cancelled class on Tuesday b/c of the ice.  She suffered right along with the rest of us. 

But we were there!
