Thrilling Thursday Workout!
Warm up on the treadmill for 5 minutes then circuit training with trainer added leg presses after circuits then did 20 minutes of cardio on the bike.
I am feeling it today in my legs but feels good....
I still kept my original trainer cause I do like him. We talked about him being late for sessions and why it was not a good thing. Talking helps so we have a plan in action to work together if there is anymore problems I will request a new trainer.

PILATES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Felt so good to get back in the gym.. I haven't done any exercise since roller skating on Saturday.
Apparently our instructor hasn't done serious work since last Thursday either, since they cancelled class on Tuesday b/c of the ice. She suffered right along with the rest of us.
But we were there!
