So what's on your plan for today?

Here's mine.
B: egg sandwich
S: celery with cream cheese
L: salad with scallops
S: chocolate pudding cup
D: eating at MOm's some kind of meat and veggie
S: yogurt and fruit

B: protein shake
S: 1/2 banana w/peanut butter
L: 6 oz greek yogurt
S: 1/2 apple w/2 oz whole foods hot pepper cheese
D: 3 oz chili w/cheese

Hi Liz;

When I'm home I don't plan my snacks, when I am hungry I'll make them. 
I've added my morning and afternoon snack. 
Not sure about after dinner, will possibly be 1/2 cup homemade chocolate/toffee pudding.

L: Crabcake
S: Turkey & swiss rollups
D: Sausage with peppers & onions
S: Swiss Cheese
