Met w/ surgeon...now I'm confused

Meet w/ my surgeon on Friday....I had lapband 3 yrs ago and had to have it removed just 3 mons after getting it.  Well he said that when he goes in to do the RNY my pouch might have to be slightly bigger than a regular RNY because of possible scar tissue due to the lapband slippage....he said that my pouch would be thinner and longer...called it a "linear pouch".  He wont know till he gets in there. 

Just wondering if anybody else out there had a revision from lap band and how you are doing weight loss wise.

I did and one person told me I should get a sleeve and another told me that I wouldnt have any success unless I went with a duodenal switch.....Now I am more confused than ever.  I made a list of questions for my next appoinment.  Hopefully after I leave from  it wont leave my head spinning!! lol :)  Thanks for the repply!!
