I tasted some Shrimp Mac & Cheese at Gallo's Seafood last night which inspired me to try to make this and it wasn't bad. Their version was seahells, gruyere, cheddar and shrimp.

10 oz. Bag of Al Dentel Garlic Carba Nada Fettuccine

2 Cup Bag Cabot 50% Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar

14 Gr. Health Wise Zero Net Carb Bread Crumbs

1/2 Jar Herb-ox Chicken Boullion boiled in 2 Qts Water (used 2 cups of the liquid in finished recipe)

10 oz. Cooked Jumbo Peeled Deveined Shrimp tails removed

Cooked the fettuccine in the boullion, drained off the liquid, put two cups of boullion back in the pot, melted the cheese in the 2 cups of boiling Boullion, Added the Shrimp and the cooked Fettuccine.

Poured mixture into a baking dish and topped with bread crumbs.  Baked in the toaster oven at 350 for 1 hour.

Dish netted not quite 44 oz.

4.6 oz. serving was very nice with a small piece of fish and a few scallops leftover from last nights dinner.

Some days your the dog and some days your the hydrant.
