Monday Exercise!

Good morning/afternoon.

Just wondered what we're all doing today to stay active?

I'm in for my usual 60 minutes on the elliptical with my ankle weights.

I jacked up the resistence on my workout today and burned 900 calories in an hour. Pretty pleased with that. My legs kind of hurt too!

How about you guys?

I will be on the Gazelle and treadmill later. (As long as Johnny gets the Kerosone heater lit for me so it warms up!) Fortunately, we have space for several exercise items, however, they are in an unfinished, unheated part of our barn, and it's COLD!

I took advantage of my abundance of free time (i.e., unemployment) to try a new class at the gym. It was called Balletone and was a toning class based on ballet. I liked it a lot more than I was expecting to. After that I did an hour of strength training so now I'm feeling all HULK SMASH strong!

1 mile walk during my lunch hour. Burr it was cold!
