S: hummus and celery
L: Soup (chicken broth with mushrooms, onions, celery, mini meatballs)
S: cheddar cheese and a few crackers
D: either cheeseburger or pork chops with butternut squash
S: chocolate pudding with peanut butter

M1  Decaf Coffee with Protein Mix (inspire Caramel Coffee)
M2  Ham, cheddar and crackers
M3  leftover Cheeseburger pie
m4  Orange Julius (Protein Style)
M5  something with hamburger and veggies but unsure currently
M6  Maybe banana pudding (protein enriched)

day 3:

already have 12 oz of decaf tea and my coffee in... still making sure to get all my decaf liquids in and doing well with it!

B: steel cut oats w/ banana
S: yogurt w/meusli
L: chicken w/ veggies
S: protein bar
D: chili w/ tortilla chips (in the crockpot now..nom nom)
S: hmmmm... protein ice cream?

Hi There!

M1:  Muscle Milk and cheerios
M2:  Cashew butter and SF jelly on sandwich thin
M3:  Quinoa salad with pumpkin seeds and raisins
M4:  Cheese with baked crackers
M5:  probably a baked salmon filet - have to stop at the store on teh way home
