Tuesday Exercise

Back in the swing of thinga at work and for the new year.

I'm good for an hour on the elliptical with ankle and wrist weights. Got quite a sweat going, and my shoulders are feeling nice and stretched out.

What are you guys doing today?

Howdy Norm..

my plan is to go and do cardio-either treadmill or bike during hebrew school and then go back for Pilates tonight.

pilates is a definite.. cardio will depend on how well I can breathe.

Bob and I went for a 30 minute walk.  I am allowed to walk 30 minutes 5 times a week this week.  YAHOO!

Hi Norm!

I went to the gym this morning.  My legs were really barking at me, so I only did 20 minutes on the elliptical and then moved on to the mats and worked abs, back, and upper body.
