Hi All,

Hopefully everyone had a nice holiday and will enjoy a healthy happy new year.

Laureen and I will be at Barix, Langhorne on this very first Saturday for a support group meeting from 11 AM until 1 PM. Please come join us. It'll be a great way to kick off the New Year. Always remember that wherever you are in this journey we are all here for you.

I want to thank you and Laureen for being in charge of this Saturday's support groupl I will definitely will be there. The holidays have been a little too much food and not enough exercise for me so I need to get my head on straight and refocused.
