Workout Thursday

I have to say I didn't want to hit the gym this morning after a long day yesterday but I hauled my ass there.

Weight work out with my trainer then it was time for cardio. I was tired but said ok do 5 minutes in the bike I hit 5 then said just do the 10 well I talked myself in to the whole 30 minutes not too bad since I thought 5 minutes was gonna be an effort.

Aww, I am so stinkin' proud of you for hauling your ass to the gym even though you didn't want to! Especially on a freezing cold morning like this one was. You go, girl!!!

Today for me will be Zumba then strength training, and I am looking forward to it more than I can say! Right now work is so crazy for me that I think my regular workouts are the only thing keeping me sane.
