been gone for a while...

Hello to my o.h friends.
I haven't been on in quite a while.
I've been trying to take care of myself since my surg. in March and taking care of my four children.'
I think I'm doing great!
In have lost over 80 lbs. and feel really good...
 I am off my diabetes, cholesterol and blood pressure meds...!!!!!
I have so much more energy too!
My kids (and husband).. are enjoying me so much more..LOL!
So far ...so good..

I am going to make sure I check in more often.
