Trish, I love criminal minds, too.. It is an awesome show.

GET YOUR BUTT TO A MEETING, PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!  If you don't take care of yourself, you can't be there for everyone else.

Today, I overslept.  I'm not sure if it's because I worked 4 hrs OT last night or if I just needed to catch up.  BUT, I slept until 6:55.  That gave me time to flip on my work computer, get Siehara off to the bus in 15 mins since she wasn't up either and to make coffee..  We did it all, but now I am out of sorts.  I already used my morning break to jump in the shower.  If I didn't do that I would have been completely worthless the rest of the day.

I'll work til 3:45 today.  Then, take Siehara to Hebrew School.  While she is there I AM meeting the woman to give back the cat carrier.

After Hebrew School, over to the gym for Pilates.  My neck and upper back are really stiff from work last night.  I have done some stretching on my own, but need the formal class to help out.  Plus I love it!!

Hope to get to bed early tonight, but it will depend on if I get all the work done today that needs to be done.  If not, I'll be working again after the gym.

For some reason I could not sleep last night so I tossed and turned and kep****ching TV not really sure why that occured. . I am in work heard the trains were about 2 hours behind for Den getting to work they hadbetter be ontime this evening since someone has yet to pack and it is not me.

At lunch I need to run to TD bank's Penny Alley I am cashing in all of our change and I think my uterus fell out as I carried it all to the car this morning. Then Need a trip to CVS or Walmart whatever one I want to hit up at lunch.

Good Morning Trish, PA Posters,

Trish, you want a drink because you are an alcoholic and just as a person with diabetes takes their medicine, so must us alcoholics get to meetings regular, work the steps with a sponsor and do just what you need to to keep that drink from ever making it to your mouth!  I am confident that you can get through this, you did the right thing already speaking it out loud and planning for a successful day free from alcohol by getting a meeting in, make a 2nd if you need to. . .  hugs, Laureen

Ok, so
have I got a Christmas Party Story to share. . .  Last year I did not go, mostly because I did not feel connected to anyone in any great way and also because the party is up near where the home office is, over 120 miles away.  So this year I decided what the heck, let me go to have the experience at least once, as I only hear great things about the place they hold it.  Well I left here at 4:20 for the drive up, they had limos for us, but those would take us there and back to the office and since I don't live local to my office, I was like I'll drive, this way I can leave when I want and save 2 hours of drive time. . .  party was wonderful, everything first rate, I made good food choices, sushi, clams on the half, one mini dessert. . .  anyway, I go to leave the party at 9:30, two of the gals who work in my office, did not enjoy the ride up in the limo and wanted to take the train back and I offered to drop them off, so I get my coat, go to the valet to get my car and after a few minutes they ask me to describe my car, the license plate and then inform me that my keys cannot be found. . .  I'm like ok, so now what, we look at the keys hanging up, none of them are mine. . .  now it is 10 and the girls have a very short time to get to the last train, they scoop them up and race them there, while they call AAA for me.   This is one of those "God remaining anonymous moments". . .  last week I could not find my keys in my bag, duh, happens all the time, because I carry a suitcase, not a pocketbook, so I grabbed my spare key and raced to the car, found my regular set and threw the extra in my back seat, so I would not lose it.  Saturday when I was taking something out of the back seat I saw the key there and said, ok, I'll take it back later, as I did not want to drop it between the car and the house. . .  well you guessed it, the key saved my butt last night. . .  AAA got in my car and there was my spare, which also happens to have spare house keys, how amazing is that, of course, I got home way later than planned and am in short supply of sleep today, oh well, it all could have been lots worse.  Now I just need them to find my keys. . .  they think that because of the amount of cars they were moving, one of the guys stuck the keys in his pocket and the keys fell out into some else's car. . .

Well that's my story and hope you got a chuckle out of it.

You all have a most wonderful day and wishing peace and strength to those in need.

Hugs, Laureen
