I am sorry I missed your earlier post, but glad that the surgery went well. Rehabbing after the surgery will be challenging for your sister, but actually good, because she will be exercising safely. I empathize with the frustration of wanting to exercise, but being unable to do so due to health issues. I have been there way too much in the past two years.

I will pray that your sister's recuperation is speedy and uneventful.
