Need to vent and need prayers

I am so sorry you are going through this. I completely understand. I stressed so long and hard it was crazy. I was ever so glad to accept early retirement. You do need to step back and do some deep breathing exercises, take care of yourself or you will be no good to anyone, the nogoodnicks at work or your important family. I pray for some peace and relaxation to come your way.
