Monday movers

We haven't been posting exercise thread lately.. I've been adding it to my roll call post, but here it is after the fact.

My original intent was to go to either zumba or spin, but when I got to the gym I remembered that they were doing a Body Pump launch tonight so that was the only class available.  So....

I did 10 minutes on the arc trainer, then 15 on the spin bike and then went into Body Pump.  It was a tough class, but felt good to actually feel the pain!

I worked off those cookies, I'm sure..

who else moved to lose today?

Did 15 minutes on the treadmill this morning, then followed up with a bunch of abs and strength work on the mats.  Did an hour of yoga yesterday, and needed some extra stretching today, too!
