OT: Update on Kaity

Hi everyone and thank you so much for all of your prayers and well wishes for Kaity. Gail (my step-daughter) just called and Kaity is finally out of surgery and in recovery. They had to give her extra fluids before surgery because she was dehydrated due to nervousness plus a blood transfusion during surgery. The surgeons were able to take her curve from 72% to 35% which is wonderful.

So Gail and Ted were just waiting to get in to see her - Gail is spending the night with her tonight and tomorrow they'll start with some PT.

So it's been a very long day for kaity and the family but she's going to be fine. Thank you again for everything.
