*** Sunny Saturday roll Call ***

Good Morning everyone......Hope you are sleeping soundly and peacefully today.  I just woke up - doing my normal, "checking in with the world before I really do anything else."  Last night was a great night cudling with Larry and thekids - came up to bed to see him reading to them from his nook.  And having Emily correct his reading was probably the funniest moment of the night. 

I am loking forward to a fun-filled day.  Have to get the girls to their dance dress-rehearsal this morning.  Heading then to the market for a few items for Larry to make tonight when a few friends are coming over for dinner.  I am really looking forward to playing with these peeps.

i need to clean our bedroom, go to the store, and not pass out lol... didn't go to bed till 1am and Annabelle woke up at 5:30... I freaking hate time changes... but I know a nap is in the works for this afternoon... oh yeah gotta do dishes too lol...

Morning.. I'm up eating breakfast and waiting for Siehara to get out of the shower so I can get in..

We are headed to synagogue today for the first time in about a month.. been busy on Saturdays.

After services, I think we are going to head up to Palmerton for a purse party. 

Tonight is dependent on Siehara's plans.  She asked me last night if she could sleep over at a friend's house and I told her that I wanted her at synagogue this morning, but she could do it tonight.   If she sleeps over tonight, then I am going to head to karaoke.  If she does not sleep over, then we are going to find a movie or something to enjoy together.

Good morning everyone - first my good news! Saw the surgeon about my left arm yesterday - he said there is a slight tear in my rotator cuff, most likely due to (cough-cough) age - MEN - but the bigger problem is that the tendons and muscles are extremely inflamed and there is a fluid filled cyst that is causing all the pain - so no surgery for now (yeah me!!) - I did get 2 cortisone shots and am going back to PT. I have to say I woke up this morning and am almost PAIN FREE for the first time in months - honestly I feel like I could dance around the house!! The doctor wasn't thrilled that I'm doing thanksgiving dinner but I told him I have lots of help, and he said please don't overdo it on the holiday decorating either - not sure I can promise that but I'll try.

So today had me up at 4:30 with a raging headache - I think its because the house is dry now with the heat running so I took 2 Tylenol and went back to bed, but then I got nauseaus so I got up and had a small bowl of cereal then came back to bed. Crashed into a sound sleep for 2 hours. Got up, showered, walked the dog, went out for bloodwork for my thyroid, took hubby to a new barber for a haircut. Came home, ate, and now am getting ready to start laundry and head out to some stores for a little shopping.

So that's my day - its wonderful waking up and not dreading trying to shower or do my hair because I know how much pain it would cause me.

Good Morning Steffi and PA,
I slept late, because I could not sleep last night.  After walking the Utley, I started organizing my filing cabinet, and coloring my hair, again.  I am going to get this right yet.

I will be organizing my paperwork today, and joining my sis-in-law and nephew for an early dinner at Macaroni Grill.  Then, tonight, I will be baking muffins for church tomorrow.
