True.... that could be fun!  But that is the ONLY up-side of this.

Apparently they don't renew contracts without some major stipulations.

I remember Dr. P saying she read these boards to kind of "check in" on her patients.  I haven't seen her in years, but she is my hero, and I hope she realizes how much she is appreciated by all of us whose lives she changed.

OMG I am having an anxiety attack as I just got my annual blood work drawn at Quest today to send her all the latest information since my release from the hospital. Any idea what will happen to her patients? Is Barix planning on handing over Dr. P's patient's to another surgeon? OMG it will not be the same. I really wanted to let her know what kind of ordeal I have been thru recently....

I didn't mean to upset you, it just took me by surprise!! Do you have her cell phone number? I do if you want to call her....I am guessing that Barix will hand us over to another dr. I am so sad....
