Tricare peeps: VSG in Military Hospital near Philly?

Has anyone out there had a Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy at a MTF near Philly, rather than seeing a civilian surgeon?  I mis-read my Tricare benefits and was all set with my decision then I found out that Tricare doesn't pay for VSG!  However, I do know of someone that obtained a referral to have it done at a MTF but not all of them perform that surgery.

So, anybody out there have experience at McGuire AFB, Bethesda or Walter Reid?  Or one I'm not thinking of?
