Terrific Tuesday Rollcall
Good morning all - beautiful morning out there - seems weird coming to work in the daylight, but hate walking the dog at night in the dark. Thank goodness he gets a good amount of exercise during the day at Fuzzy Butts!
At work today - this is a very short week for me - woo-hoo! Thursday is a holiday for us and I'm taking a vacation day Friday so I have a 4 day weekend. Hubby and me are celebrating our 21st anniversary on Thursday with dinner out, but I told him I wanted to get out Friday or Saturday - even if we just jump in the car and go for a long ride. We'll see what happens.
Put a new recipe in the crockpot for dinner - simple - pork roast, one 20 oz can of chunky pineapple (tried to find one no-sugar but got a low-sugar) and about a cup of dried cranberries. Cook on low for 7 1/2 hours. I'm hoping there isn't too much sugar for me in this - figure if I don't take a lot of juice and just eat the meat I should be okay.
Also made a big double batch of sugar free apple crisp for work last night - my arms are SORE from peeling and slicing all those apples!! Smelled great baking - let's hope it tastes as good as it smelled.

Good morning Ida and everyone...best of luck at the dentist.....ignorance is TRULY bliss at times!
I am at school, have to finish getting my grades in, have til midnight tonight to do it. Oh joy! I have perfected the art of procrastination! :) After school pick up two kids, head home to get Emily, head off to Hebrew School, teach til 6, break til 6:30, teach again til 8:30 - no doubt, on the computer til midnight finishing up the grades.
That is my day....hope you all have a good one!

Today I am working hard, and then going to see one of my clients right after then will have tonight at home. I have my BOT telephonic class tonight. I have to say I am learing alot but I am still struggling with the basics. Guess I needed this more than I thought

Still not feeling 100% but dragged my butt to work today and will more then likely count the hours down to go home. I need to stop at the market after work then will go home to make dinner and crash early. I want to make it back to the gym tomorrow.
I need to really get my house cleaned up my Aunt will be here with us before I know it to recover.

I have been wanting to try Zumba for awhile! After that, home, dinner, homework, bath and bed. Some relaxation time then bed for me. Didn't sleep well last night....the colder weather makes my skin itch like CRAZY!!!

After work, I'll head to the gym for Zumba (I'm teaching 3 songs today!), swing by Trader Joe's for a few essentials, then home to relax and eat dinner. I need to get to bed early because tomorrow I'll be out very late in NYC for a concert.
