Ok so I was browsing the cookbooks and ran across one that sounded very interesting. wondering if anyone has tried any of these recipes and their thoughts:

Never heard of that one - I do have two Splenda cookbooks that I've used a lot of recipes from (sugar free apple crisp is awesome) - but I may have to check this one out. Thanks!
