Monday Workouts!
Yes - I got to the gym this morning (did yesterday morning for an hour of yoga, too!)... did 25 minutes cardio, split between the treadmill (intervals) and elliptical, followed by 30 minutes of free weights, yoga with weights, and resistance moves... followed by stretching.

Just had to go back and find the post....cause I didn't get a chance to post it on the day I did it.
Double day at the gym...
Did a 45 min intense spin class followed by 30 mins with the personal trainer...*****minded me it was lower body weight day - with cardio blasts. Oh so much fun after spin....sheesh!
But I came to a realization during it - I LOVE the way it makes me feel. And although it has taken me three years....I now exercise because I want to and not because I have to. (even though yes, i still have to...it doesn't feel that way anymore)
