Monday movers
looks like nobody posted an exercise thread, but I'm going to assume that is because we are all out there doing some kind of moving!
My plan was to go to Pilates and possibly stay for Body Pump.. well Bethlehem and Whitehall Gold's posted that there were no other classes tonight EXCEPT Body Pump because they were launching the new release tonight. SOOOOO, I saw that Allentown had a power yoga class. So, I went over there only to find out that they were also doing the Body Pump release. I decided to go back to Whitehall b/c if I was going to do Body Pump for the first time in over a month, if not more, that I was going to do it with the instructors I know and with at least a few people who I know.
I made it through the class. I kept my weights pretty low and dropped the weights completely in the middle of the lunges because it was too much. I am sure I will feel it tomorrow, but I am glad I went. Plus, the instructor I love was one of the leaders for the class, so that made it all the better.
Who else moved today????

Well now...I freaking moved. I feel it now...but it's a good feel.
Got to the gym and started doing a "warm up" for the trainer...which ended up being a 20 min treadmill time...5 mins @ 3.5, 10 mins @ 4.5, 5 mins @ 3.5 and then cooldown as programmed by the machine. All in all, 1.15 miles in 18 mins
30 min of HARD lower body weights with the trainer. He specifically had me doing "super sets" (two exercises directly back to back) at a very high weight and low reps.
Then went on an approximately 3 mile walk at the rail trail in under an hour.
They needed a volunteer to be out in triage (which, is mostly sitting) tonight...guess who took it!? Yea...I'll be sitting here no prob!
