So glad you're home!
AND... so glad you're changing primary docs, and I hope you give them the honest feedback about why you're changing. If they hear that from long-time, loyal patients like you, it should help them set their priorities and manage their practice better for improvement.
Now. Give yourself time to bounce back and heal. No obsessing!!! (and do NOT push yourself beyond what the docs are allowing you to do! We really don't want any relapses!)

Glad you are home! I called the hospital today and asked for you and they told me you were discharged and I was happy to hear it!! Glad you are home and at least in your own bed and familiar surroundings without being poked and prodded all night.
Am hoping that the follow up docs will be able to get to the root cause.
