***Terrific Thursday Roll Call***

Good Morning Pennsylvania,
Another late night for me.  First the Phillies win got my hyped up, then the pain keeps me up.  Good news is, a dear friend at church lent me a space heater to get me through till the heater gets fixed.  Praise the Lord for this, because I was absolutely miserable Monday and Tuesday.

My plans for Wednesday did not come off as hoped.  I spent most of the day waiting for a package to be delivered.  I did enjoy watching the Phillies game with my nephew and sister.  We had Pizza Hut and fun.  I only at the top of the pizza, because it was way too bready for me.

Thursday is iffy in the morning.  I really need to get to an AA meeting.  Someone kick my butt if I don't get there today.  In the afternoon, a friend is coming over to help me with some stuff I can't do, like remove my window air conditioner, and possibly put together a bakers rack that I got delivered on Wednesday.  I can finally get my kitchen completely organized now.

In the evening, I will see what I can accomplish in repairing the damage to my organized bedroom.  It got trashed over the weekend while I searched for a key I never found.  Now, to put things back in order.

The other good news is, the scale is moving down, and I am reaching my original 100 pound mark that slipped away during my two year relapse.

Hugs,
Trish

Trish so happy about the scale and all that is right for you.

I am up it is 2am.  So many things. My Uncle Wayne finally passed at 9 pm. surrounded by friends and family, while they sang his favorite hymn How Great Thou Art. I hope I am lucky enough to die in such a sweet, loved and tender way. His suffering is now over thank God.

My dilema begins, I am heading to Philly for a 3 day EXPENSIVE out of pocket training, This is with the Bariatric University to get Back on track certified so that I can help myself and others who struggle further out. This class is until Sat. I dont know how they do things here but in the South they tend to do services and burial fast. I am hoping so much that they will not be before Sunday so I can go down and not miss this training. They are only in philly this one time, and I will be out alot of money.  When it comes down to it obviously  I will head south to be with my family, just hoping that it can work out.

Congrats to all you Phillies Fans!

Thanks for all of your support and prayers.

Hugs and Prayers to you and your family, and Uncle Wayne, Nicole - isn't it a wonderful thing that he was able to receive his medal surrounded by friends and family - I think that's awesome - God is good.

I'm so sorry to hear about Uncle Wayne, Nicole.  I'm glad he's no longer suffering, though this time is so difficult for the family.  I hope you're able to be with your family and also go to your training.

Good Morning Nicole,
I am very sorry to hear that your family lost a great man in your Uncle Wayne.  I hope you are able to get to both your training and your family's for the services.  I understand about putting out money for once in a lifetime training opportunities.

Hugs,
Trish

Nicole,

So very sorry for your loss.  You and your family will be in my prayers.

Hope things work out that you'll be able to attend both functions.

Hi,

The CNA program did not work out so I am unemployed again.  However, a friend of mine sent me a possible job opportunity that pays... well if she quoted it right, outrageously awesome.  So, we shall see.

Today is catching up on stuff.  Not sure what else.

Clueless about weight loss and weight loss surgery of any kind.

Morning Trish and Pa..  glad you got a heater to hold you over.  I don't seem to get that cold thing, at least not yet.   Good news on the scale, too.

Nic---may your uncle rest in peace and I hope you are able to do both the training and attend the service.

Today has me working 1/2 day.   This afternoon I will be attending a funeral for a  50 year old woman who passed away from Cancer.  She is someone I met at karaoke and was such an upbeat person all the time.  She will be greatly missed.

When I get home, I will take to Siehara to Hebrew School and will go to the gym while she is there. I am going to get in more cardio work since I didn't go to First Strides last night.

After Hebrew School, I will go over to the gym in Whitehall for Pilates.  Then, home for the night to get some rest.
