1. Ultimate pre-op meal? NY Strip medium rare, loaded baked potato, creme brulee
2.Fav post-op meal? My homemade chili - tons of protein and feels 'indulgent'
3. Do as a grown-up? Interior Decorator (I'm still hoping...)
4. Younger Elvis (Kentucky Rain is my fav - not a huge Elvis fan)
5. Fav movie? An Affair to Remember
6. Fartherest place traveled? Hmm, British Virgin Islands I think
7. Fav TV show? ANYTHING ON HGTV - I can literally watch it for hours on end (I know - sick, but see #3)

Don't know haven't gotten there. Over the years I,ve worked at the family Chevrolet dealership then went over the road trucking. Sold my last truck in 2007 and still looking. owned a Nautilus Gym in the 80`s.

1. What was your ultimate meal pre op? Taco Hut Restaurant - 2 beef enchiladas, refried beans drowning in enchilada sauce, fountain pepsi, fresh tortilla chips with guacamole.
2. Whats your favorite meal post op? chili in any way shape or form
3. What do/did you want to be when you grow up? I wanted to own my own Real Estate Business...got my license, didn't like it. Also wanted to be a photographer,architect, math teacher... Mom to many has won out for me. I don't think I've decided for sure what I want to be when I grow up yet tho. Mom is my most important job to date.
4. Young Elvis or Older Elvis? Young...not a fan of his music, so, based on appearance. Oh, and I think he lived past his death date. If you rearrange the letters of Elvis, they spell "lives". Coincidence? I think not. He may be dead now tho.

10. Any tattoos, piercings...what/where? Eyeliner tattooed, double pierced ears. Wishing for a toe tattoo of a tiny little vine across my 2nd toe and curling about an inch up my foot. Maybe a couple flowers on the vine.

The savory ricotta pie tastes like the inside of a calzone, and totally helps when I'm craving Italian food.
As for Chasing Amy, yes, Joey Lauren Adams does have a weird voice -- like she's sucking helium, right? But it's worth it just for that scene where Ben Affleck says "I love you, and not in a friendly way, although I think we're great friends..." *swoon*
