Good morning all

I finally grocery shopped yesterday so we have choices again!

B: salami and cheese roll ups
S: cheddar cheese and apple slices
L: running out so I'll pick up a salad or soup
S: banana slices in chocolate pudding (homemade made with soy milk)
D: have to check with Chris and see what he feels like, tacos, pork chops or cheese burgers
S: apple crisp

Good Morning!

B: My SF Chai Latte & Turkey Sausage with 1 Egg Beater
S: A few nuts (need something crunchy)
L: Salami & Cheese (1oz meat and 1 slice cheese) & Cottage Cheese
S: Protein Bar (going to gym need energy)
D: Some type of lean hamburger meat or Cheddar Turkey Sausages on Grill (yes even in the rain!)
S: Adkins Carmel Chew bar (this is how I personally avoid "junk" and keep things moving)

I have to admit- I hate EGGS- so eating them this week has been a major struggle...I know I cant do it tomorrow again...so I will probably have to switch to something else- problem is what else?  I also hate protein shakes, and I am very restrictive on carbs right now to try to get the scales moving again.

do a mini burger for breakfast or cheese stick and meat... or look up protein pancakes... eggface has the recipe...

Hi Liz!

B - yoplait yoplus yogurt and a pineapple upside down muffin (recipe from eatingwell.com)
L - ham and cabbage with white beans
D - left over sausage tortellini soup and maybe a 1/2 grilled cheese

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!

today is my bad food day... came down with a super bad UTI last night and to get through the first day of antibotics I have to eat more carbs than normal so they don't make me sick... making good choices but not what I want to be doing today... argh!
